How many lines does the predictive dialer use?

Our hosted predictive dialer solution dials at a rate of 4 lines for every call center represenative you have available to take calls.

What number does it show on the Caller ID ?

This option is set in the campaign management screen. Our only requirement is a real number. You can show as if you were calling from your office.

Can we call anywhere in the world?

Unlimited calling within the US48 and Canada. World Rates are avialable upon request.

What format can we upload leads?

Any list in standard csv format or standard txt format.

Can we make closer transfers?

Yes, transfers can be done within the system and outside transfer.

Can I make a manual call?

Yes.
